We are delighted to let you know that Harbour Point was recently featured on Fantasy Homes by the Sea (series 7, episode 6).
They loved it, and you will too!
Harbour Point is a Victorian seaside holiday cottage in the pretty Exmoor village of Lynmouth. Fantastic views of the sea, village and hills from almost every room make it a very special place to stay all year round.
Within easy reach are walks on Exmoor National Park, surfing at Woolacombe or riding the Victorian water powered cliff railway in Lynmouth.
Opposite Harbour Point is the beach where you can play on the rocks, make a sandcastle or just sit and watch the world go by eating fish and chips, ice-cream or some yummy Devon fudge.
With three large bedrooms, all en suite, it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.
Our holiday home has been furnished with local pieces of art, Brintons carpets and quality items throughout. For our little guests, we have a high chair, cot, steriliser, toddler step, a selection of toys and books, as we know that you can't always fit everything into your car.
This is our holiday home as well as yours and we would love to welcome you to stay with us soon, but sorry no pets.

After going to Lynmouth various times and always seeing this building we were very excited at staying here it did not let us down the house was soo much bigger than it looks on pics and with the high ceilings it was very grand, each room had brilliant views and most had 4 windows plus so panoramic views , the sound of sea in the morning was lovely and the parking was literally outside after 6pm or just a couple of mins for daytime longstay there was nothing to dislike good range of equipment, television is each room , balcony to die for, fully equipped kitchen , internet was a god send with not much phone reception
We loved being able to walk to vally of rocks, watersmeet, contisbury hill all without a car!
Very helpful owners and speedy respose to all quieries and super quick at returning deposit literally a couple of days after we came back could not ask for more.

“Lovely property with view over harbour”
This is a well equipped property with lovely views across the harbour and towards the village. Very comfortable beds and excellent pub next door. Exmoor is minutes away by car. Probably not suitable for a disabled person as lots of stairs. Take an adapter as no shaver sockets.
All bedrooms are a good size but bathrooms are small. The master bedroom is particularly nice as lots of room, large double aspect windows and balcony. Parking is very easy (at least in October) and if it is not possible to park in the road outside the public carpark is only a couple of minutes walk away. We would certainly go again if in the area.

Harbour Point has large rooms: dining/living room, balcony bedroom and turret room are especially spacious. The 'golden' bed room we did not use, but it seemed adequate enough, though with limited sea view. The kitchen has a small bar style table for two or three for a quick cup of tea but we preferred the dining room for its glorious views any way. The bathrooms are adequate though a bit quirky as they were later additions to the layout.
It is hard to imagine a holiday accommodation that can top the sea views of Harbour Point. The location at the strategic corner on the harbour front gives 270° views of the sea and the valley with its picturesque Little Switzerland looks and the tiny small boat harbour. The large stylish windows are just right to frame the views.
